WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

California and China

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Order processing usually takes 1-7 business days for our suppliers to send out shipments. On a typical day we process all orders within the first to second day they've been placed.

US orders can take anywhere from 11-20 business days after shipment. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your item has been shipped depending on our supplier, so please send us an email if you haven't already.  

International shipment times vary by destination & country.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

We ship from both California and China so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us through our contact page with your name and order number. 

CUSTOM FEES? 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE TAKING SO LONG?

We ship from both California and China so sometimes items may arrive a little slower then usual depending on our suppliers location. If you'd like to know the status of your items, please e-mail us through our contact page with your name and order number. 

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk the item may not arrive on time. Unfortunately we are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays. ( ̵˃﹏˂̵ )

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
